This section serves as the foundation for educational materials about the Second World War in the Dutch Caribbean.

Below, you will find the lesson materials (lesbrieven) developed in Curaçao for the exhibition Guera na Korsou, which was launched in 2015. These resources are aimed at secondary school students and are available for download.

We invite educators, students, and anyone interested in the region’s history to explore and use these materials. They offer valuable insight into the experiences of the Dutch Caribbean during the Second World War.

We also welcome contributions from the other islands. If you have educational content, stories, or historical materials related to World War II in Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, Saba, or St. Eustatius, please get in touch with us via the contact page.
